Most roofs need to have some type of maintenance performed at least once a year to prevent these issues.
The Maintenance:
The main reasons to get roof maintenance are for leaks, missing tiles or metal panels
Caused by lack of maintenance (ex. penetrations that have not been resealed), third party damage, debris build-up, and missing roofing
We seal all penetrations, clean all debris, as well as perform minor repairs and general maintenance items
